Meetings

Regularly scheduled meetings of the Lake Lawrence Lake Management District will take place on the third Thursday of March, May, July and October at 6:30-8:30 p.m. unless noticed otherwise on this page of the Lake Lawrence Lake Management District website.  Some meetings will be virtual and others in person.  All in person meetings will be held at the Lake Lawrence Community Club Lower Lodge, 15735 Topaz Dr. SE, Yelm, WA 98597.  Occasionally special meetings will be held to deal with emerging issues.  Those meetings will be noticed on this page and the HOME page of this website.

A draft meeting agenda is posted to the "HOME" page at least 24 hours prior to a scheduled meeting.​

An approved meeting packet (agenda, minutes, etc.) is posted to the  “Documents” section of this website usually within 7 days following approval of those meeting minutes by the Steering Committee at the next scheduled LMD meeting.

 2026 Annual Meeting is 24 September 2026 from 6:30-8:30 p.m.

The Lake Lawrence Lake Management District Annual Meeting will take place on the Thursday 24September 2026 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Lake Lawrence Community Club Lower Lodge and Pavilion, 15735 Topaz Dr. SE, Yelm, WA 98597.  Desert and beverages will be served starting at 6:30 p.m.  Meeting starts at 7:00 p.m.  The time period from 6:30-7:00 p.m. is a meet and greet with your neighbors and any locally elected leaders that attend.
